All members are required to pay an annual membership fee which may be renewed annually based on the anniversary date of the membership. Members are afforded the privilege to reserve court time on a first come first serve basis at specified hourly rates. While the Flying Dragon is a "members only" club, there are programmes for non-members who play only occasionally on a "drop-in" basis, seniors who play during the off hours on week days and those wanting to take group and private lessons.

The membership fees are affordable, with adult, junior and children's rates that allow you to pay only for the court time that you use and at the times that you wish to play. Members also have the privilege of introducing friends and business associates as guests who will be charged a fee on a per visit basis.

This format has been adopted to ensure that all members will have an equal opportunity to use the club's facilities at the times that are most convenient to their needs and lifestyle. The advantage of being able to book your court time, is that you will be able to play when you arrive at the club without having to wait long hours for the next available court thereby saving you valuable time and enhancing your enjoyment of your badminton experience.
