Only FDBC members have the privilege to book court time.

Members may book court time by telephone or in person at the club reception.

Each reserved court time is for a one hour period and will commence every hour on the hour. The time is based on the clock located at the club reception area.

If you are late for your reserved time, the play time will not be extended and the booking will end at the prescribed time. There are no partial refunds for lost time.

To book court time, you will be required to provide a membership number and pay the stipulated fee by either VISA or MasterCard if by telephone or by credit card, cash or debit card if in person at the time of the booking.

No more than 2 consecutive hours can be booked at one time.

No more than six (6) players can be assigned to one (1) court per booked period.

At the time of check-in (10 minutes before booked time), all members of the group will leave their membership cards with the receptionist and reclaim them at the end of the play period. Non-member guest(s) must register their names with the receptionist and pay a $3.00 flat rate fee per visit, prior to being admitted on to the courts.

It is the responsibility of every member and their guest(s) to ensure that proper athletic, non-marking indoor court shoes are worn on the courts at all times. Access to the courts will be denied to any person(s) not wearing the proper footwear. There are no refunds of any kind for a person denied access to the courts. All decisions regarding footwear made by the FDBC are final and binding on the member or guest.

As a club rule and as a courtesy to your fellow members, all players will cease play immediately at the end of the book period and permit access to the next group.

Cancellation of booked times must be made at least 48 hours prior to the reserved time failing which, there are no refunds.

Check-in at least 10 minutes prior to court time at the receptionist to obtain court assignment and guest(s) registration.
